Common questions
T-shirts, answered.
GSM is the fabric weight and it moves the price more than anything else. 160 GSM is light and suits events and hot sites. 180 GSM is the usual choice for daily corporate wear. 200 GSM feels substantially heavier and holds shape longest. We quote all three against the same design so you can compare.
Cotton is the most comfortable and shrinks the most. Poly-cotton holds shape and colour through industrial laundry, which is why most uniform programmes land there. Dry-fit is a knit that moves moisture rather than absorbing it, for sports and outdoor field roles.
Embroidery lasts longer and reads as more formal, and it suits logos on the chest. Screen printing is cheaper at volume and is the only sensible option for large flat artwork or full-back designs. Both are done in-house with PMS colour matching.
