Terms of supply.

Who these cover

These terms apply to bulk uniform and safety wear orders supplied by Sri Ganesh Textiles to businesses and institutions. We supply to organisations, not to individuals buying single pieces.

Minimum order

50 pieces per order. The minimum may be met by mixing roles, sizes and items within the same order. Below that quantity we will say so rather than quote, and point you elsewhere.

Quotations

Quotes are issued in writing within 24 hours on business days, and set out per-piece pricing, fabric options, the order minimum and a delivery date. A quote is an offer to supply on those terms; it is not a reservation of stock or of production capacity until the order is confirmed.

Samples and approval

Where a sample is produced, bulk production begins after you approve it. The approved sample is the reference the delivered order is checked against, and we hold the specification on file so a later top-up can be made to the same standard.

Payment

30% advance on order confirmation, the balance on delivery. Annual contracts can be invoiced monthly instead, agreed in writing before the first delivery.

Delivery

We deliver pan-India on any order that meets the minimum. Multi-site orders can be delivered in staggered batches per site against an agreed schedule. Delivery dates are given in the quote and are the dates we work to; where a date is at risk we tell you before it passes, not after.

Certification

Safety footwear, helmets and high-visibility clothing are sourced from BIS-certified vendors and supplied with their test certificates. We state the standard a product is certified to and do not claim certification a product does not hold.

Branding

Embroidery, printing and colour matching are done in house. You confirm that you are entitled to use any logo or mark you ask us to apply, and we use it only to fulfil your order.

Shortages and defects

Check the delivery on receipt. Tell us about a shortage or a manufacturing defect and we will make it good. Ordinary wear, and garments altered after delivery, are not manufacturing defects.
