Who we are

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the details you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, your role, the approximate quantity you need, your delivery city, and any requirement notes you add. Nothing on this site asks for payment details.

If you reached us from a Google Ads click, we also record the click identifier Google adds to the link, so we can tell which advertisement produced the enquiry. It is held in your browser for the duration of the visit only and is never used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

To price and answer your enquiry, and to contact you about it. Nothing more. Submitting the form is consent to be contacted about that enquiry. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to a Google Form owned by us and are readable only by our sales team. We also use two analytics services, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, which tell us which pages and which advertisements produce enquiries. These record page views and interactions such as a form submission or a tap on our phone number. Your name, phone number and email address are never sent to either of them.

Cookies and browser storage

The analytics services above set their own cookies. We additionally store the advertising click identifier and the page you first landed on in your browser session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab. You can block or delete all of these in your browser settings; the site works without them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are retained while the enquiry is open and for as long as we hold a commercial relationship with you, because a repeat order is priced against the specification and sizes recorded the first time. Ask us to delete them and we will.

Your choices

Write to hello@sriganeshtextiles.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it. It describes the site as it currently behaves, not as a general statement of intent.
