Common questions
Reflective jackets, answered.
Class 2 is a sleeveless or short-band garment for yard and warehouse work. Class 3 carries bands on the sleeves, body and shoulders, and is what road and night work needs. Tell us the site and we will quote the right class.
Stitched. Heat-glued tape lifts at the edges after a few industrial washes, so every band is stitched down on both edges. It is the single biggest reason a hi-vis order comes back.
The fluorescent ground fades before the tape does. On our standard polyester it holds through roughly 25 industrial washes; heavier laundering shortens that, so plan a refresh cycle rather than a one-time buy.
Yes. Screen printing and embroidery are done in-house, placed so the print never sits on a reflective band and breaks it up.
