Mallcom safety shoes: export-grade make, and what to check before a bulk order
Mallcom is one of the larger Indian PPE manufacturers, and a significant share of what it makes is exported.
That last part is the useful signal. A manufacturer selling into export markets is working to those markets’ documentation and inspection expectations across the line, and buyers generally report that showing up as tighter consistency than the domestic price point suggests.
It is a signal, not a guarantee, and it does not remove a single one of the checks below.
A note on what we are: we supply Mallcom safety shoes in bulk against your specification. We are not an authorised dealer and do not claim to be.
Where the export orientation actually helps you
If your plant reports to an overseas parent. Audit regimes that expect internationally recognisable documentation are easier to satisfy when the manufacturer already produces it routinely.
If you have been burned on batch variation. The common complaint in mid-tier footwear is that batch two is not quite batch one. A manufacturer running export volumes has more reason to hold that line.
If you want one vendor across the kit. Mallcom covers head, hand, foot and body protection, so consolidating is realistic rather than aspirational.
What it does not change
You still specify the article. “Mallcom safety shoes — 400 pairs” can be filled several ways:
Mallcom, article number [X], certified to IS 15298 Part 2, toe cap type, sole compound, sizes per attached file, ISI test certificates against the article supplied.
You still get the certificate for the article shipped. Not a brand statement, not a certificate for a neighbouring article. Ask for it in the format your auditor accepts, before the order.
You still match the sole to the floor. PU and dual-density PU for general plant and warehouse work; rubber or nitrile where there is hot metal, oil or chemicals. Export-grade make does not make a PU sole survive a foundry.
You still measure on site. No manufacturer’s quality control fixes a size curve that does not match your workforce.
Toe cap
Steel is cheaper and heavier and trips metal detection. Composite is lighter, thermally neutral and passes it. Both meet the 200-joule requirement when certified, so pick on comfort and site logistics.
If your gate has metal detection, composite stops being a preference and becomes a requirement.
On the price list
mallcom safety shoes price list gets searched, and any list you find online is a single-pair retail number for one article.
An institutional order prices on article, toe cap, sole, quantity, contract length and whether sizes are measured on site with exchanges included. Send the article, the quantity and the delivery city and you get a written price inside 24 hours.
How we supply
