That is worth naming, because it changes what you should be negotiating — and in a city with as many multi-site facility and manpower contracts as this one, it changes it quite a lot.

The multi-site problem Bangalore creates
Facility management and manpower agencies here routinely run staff across a dozen sites at once — tech parks in Whitefield and Electronic City, malls, hospitals, a telecom account, a couple of manufacturing units on the Hosur road corridor.
Buying PPE per site produces the predictable mess: different rates at different locations, deliveries on different dates, and certificates in whatever format each vendor happened to send. Then a site fails an inspection because one location’s stock is older than another’s.
What fixes it is not a better price. It is:
- One rate card across every site, so a site supervisor cannot be quoted differently from head office
- Per-head kit pricing rather than per-SKU, which makes contractor recovery possible and comparison honest
- Staggered delivery to each site against one purchase order
- One certificate file covering the whole issue
What goes in the kit
For a Bangalore facility or industrial contract, the standard issue is:
- Safety shoes to IS 15298 Part 2, toe cap and sole matched to the site
- Safety helmet to IS 2925, colour-coded by role or contractor
- Hi-vis vest or jacket to IS 15809, Class 2 or Class 3 by exposure

Still specify the article
Consolidation is not a reason to be vague:
Karam, article number [X], certified to IS 15298 Part 2, toe cap type, sole compound, sizes per attached file, ISI test certificates against the article supplied.
Without a named article, site three receives something visibly different from site one, and you get a consistency complaint that has nothing to do with quality.
Measurement across sites
Being in the city means we run the measurement drive ourselves rather than sending you a size chart. For a multi-site contract that means visiting each location, not extrapolating from head office — the distribution genuinely differs by site and by role.
The consolidated size file then lives with us, so the next order across all sites is one email.
Colour allocation, held on file
If the helmets are colour-coded by contractor or role, that allocation exists in your supplier’s records or nowhere — IS 2925 does not mandate it.
Give us the allocation once and we hold it, so a reorder matches the floor instead of arriving as one colour and forcing somebody to redo the exercise.
On the price
We do not publish a list, and for a kit order a per-pair number would be meaningless anyway. Pricing moves on the articles, the sole and toe cap, the quantity, the site split, the contract length and whether measurement and exchanges are included.
