Healthcare expos in India through late 2026: where procurement shows up

Trade shows aren’t usually where a hospital signs a uniform contract on the spot, but they’re where procurement teams, hospital administrators, and vendors across the supply chain (medical equipment, infrastructure, and soft goods like uniforms and linen) actually meet and compare notes. Worth tracking the calendar even if your hospital isn’t exhibiting.

A note on dates: we’ve checked each of these against the organiser’s own listing or multiple independent sources, but event dates do shift. Confirm directly with the organiser before planning travel around any of them.

Already held this year

Two of the largest healthcare exhibitions in India’s 2026 calendar have already taken place by the time of writing:

  • India Health 2026, August 21-23, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, one of the larger healthcare trade shows on the calendar, covering medical equipment, hospital infrastructure, and healthcare innovation broadly.
  • Medical Fair India 2026, September 17-19, in Mumbai, India’s established trade fair for hospitals, health centres, and clinics.

If either is relevant to your hospital’s annual planning cycle, both run again in 2027, and we’ll cover those dates closer to the event.

Still ahead this year

  • Global Digital Health Summit (GDHS) 2026, November 20-21, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, focused on digital health and hospital technology.
  • Medical Expo India, Lucknow (18th edition), December 3-5, at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow.
  • Medicall Expo, Mumbai (49th edition), December 8-10, covering hospital and medical supplies.
  • India Med Expo 2026, December 18-20, at HITEX, Hyderabad, a large B2B medical equipment exhibition with a regional South India focus.

These later-in-the-year, regional events are worth a procurement team’s attention specifically because they draw hospital administrators from Tier-II and Tier-III markets who aren’t necessarily at the bigger Delhi and Mumbai shows, which lines up with where a meaningful share of India’s hospital capacity growth is actually happening.

Why this matters for a uniform order, specifically

A hospital opening a new wing or going through an accreditation refresh, covered in our lead-time planning guide, often has that timeline shaped by decisions made or announced around events like these: new equipment commitments, new facility openings, expanded empanelment. Treating the uniform order as a dependency of that same planning cycle, rather than a separate, later conversation, is what keeps a new wing’s staff actually dressed and colour-coded correctly on its opening day.

How we think about this calendar

As a hospital uniform supplier, we supply hospital, diagnostic, and institutional uniforms across India, including to facilities planning around a new wing opening or an accreditation cycle tied to the kind of capacity growth these events reflect.

  • We track major hospital and healthcare infrastructure events relevant to our institutional accounts.
  • If your hospital’s procurement timeline is tied to one of these events or a similar regional one, we can plan a uniform order’s lead time against it directly.

If you’re planning a hospital uniform order around a new facility, an expansion, or an upcoming audit cycle, the form below reaches our sales team. Quotes go out within 24 hours, and we work from 50 pieces per order.
